Overview

The 8mm x 1/4 NPT swivel male elbow connects 8mm outside-diameter nylon air brake tube to a female 1/4 NPTF port while turning the line through 90 degrees. Its threaded stem tightens independently from the elbow body, allowing the push-in outlet to be aimed toward the required tube route.

Compatibility and Fitment

Confirm the tube measures 8mm across its outside diameter and the receiving port has a 1/4 NPTF female thread. Imperial tube sizes can appear similar, while BSP or metric threads will not provide the correct engagement or seal.

Cut the tube square, remove damage or contamination from the insertion area, then push it fully through the collet to the internal stop.
