Shipping Information
All orders are shipped within 3 working days. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: sales@icstrailers.net.au
Shipping rates are calculated based on Australia Post rates, Big Post rates, or Courier rates. Customers can also elect to organise their own courier if required.

Refund and Returns
Your satisfaction is our first priority at ICS Trailers.
If your item is faulty, damaged upon receipt, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. This may include a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the circumstances.
For returns where the customer has ordered the incorrect item, selected the wrong size, chosen the wrong part, no longer requires the item, or otherwise wishes to return an item that is not faulty or misdescribed, approval is at the discretion of ICS Trailers.
Approved customer-error returns must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in a clean, complete, and saleable condition.
A 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns for incorrectly ordered items, including wrong size, wrong part number, wrong specification, or change-of-mind purchases. This fee helps cover handling, inspection, administration, and restocking costs.
Postage, freight, and delivery fees are non-refundable for customer-error or change-of-mind returns. The customer is also responsible for return postage or freight costs unless the item is faulty, damaged upon receipt, or not as described. Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by ICS Trailers. Items that are used, damaged, incomplete, missing original packaging, or not in saleable condition may be refused or may incur additional charges.

A description of the item you are returning
Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
