Overview
The 6mm Push-In Y Union Pneumatic Fitting creates an equal three-way junction between three matching 6mm outside-diameter tubes. Air passes between all three ports, allowing one line to divide into two branches or two compatible lines to meet. It has no regulating, isolating or non-return function.

Specifications and Materials
This Series 6000 fitting carries compressed air through compatible polyamide, polyurethane, polyethylene or Hytrel polyester tubing. Working pressure is -0.9 to 16 bar, subject to the connected tube specification, with an operating temperature range of -20°C to 80°C.

Compatibility and Fitment
Match the 6mm Push-In Y Union Pneumatic Fitting to tube measured by outside diameter, not inside diameter. The main ordering risk is selecting it for 6mm bore hose or imperial 1/4-inch tube, which is a different size.
Cut each tube square and clean, push it through the release collet to the internal stop, then pull back lightly to confirm retention. Avoid deeply scratched, crushed or oval tube ends because the O-ring seals against the outside surface.
