SAF Intradisc Hub/Rotor Bolt M14
SAF Intradisc Hub/Rotor Bolt M14
$10.50
SAF Intradisc hub/rotor bolt with M14 x 1.5 thread, 65mm nominal length and 12-point head for ZI9-19W integral disc brake assemblies. Secures the brake disc to the hub, not the road wheel. Check the removed bolt before ordering.
Part number AP7597.
Description
Overview
The SAF Intradisc Hub/Rotor Bolt is an M14 x 1.5 x 65mm fastener used to secure the brake disc to the hub on SAF ZI9-19W Intradisc INTEGRAL axle assemblies. Featuring a 12-point head, this bolt forms part of the connection between the brake rotor and hub on heavy commercial trailer axles.
Although sometimes called a wheel stud, this component fastens the brake rotor to the hub. It does not replace the separate M22 wheel studs that secure the road wheel.
Features
- M14 x 1.5 thread with 65mm nominal bolt length.
- 12-point head for the specified socket arrangement.
- Secures the INTEGRAL brake rotor to the hub assembly.
- Fits the hub/rotor fastening position on SAF ZI9-19W axles.
- Individual replacement bolt for rotor removal and refitting.

Compatibility and Fitment
This hub/rotor bolt suits the SAF ZI9-19W Intradisc INTEGRAL axle with WABCO disc brake calipers and dual-wheel configuration.
During replacement, check the axle identification plate, removed bolt, thread dimensions and 12-point head. The hub-to-rotor fastener differs from the M22 x 1.5 wheel stud and the larger M18 caliper mounting bolts used elsewhere on the assembly.
The rotor connects to the hub using ten mounting bolts per wheel end. Check the condition of the mating threads and mounting surfaces before installing the replacement fasteners.
Related Parts
Check the following components against the existing SAF INTEGRAL wheel-end assembly when carrying out hub or brake rotor servicing.

|---|---|---|
| Brake disc used with the INTEGRAL hub | AP3236 | SAF INTEGRAL disc rotor |
| Hub sealing during wheel-end servicing | AP7577 | 92 x 4mm hub O-ring |

Compliance and Safety
Hub-to-rotor bolts are safety-critical fasteners. When removing the brake disc, replace the removed connection bolts and use the specified SAF installation procedure.
Clean and inspect the rotor contact surfaces and threaded holes before assembly. Use the appropriate 12-point socket and follow the applicable SAF torque sequence and tightening specifications for the axle configuration.
Do not substitute an ordinary M14 bolt solely because its thread and length appear similar.
Trailer Applications
The bolt is used on SAF ZI9-19W INTEGRAL disc brake axles fitted to heavy commercial trailers. It is relevant during brake disc replacement, hub servicing and wheel-end repairs where the rotor must be separated from the hub.
Why Choose ICS Trailers
SAF INTEGRAL wheel ends use different fasteners for the road wheel, brake rotor and caliper. The M14 x 1.5 x 65mm hub/rotor bolt belongs specifically to the disc-to-hub connection, making accurate identification important during repairs.
- Compare the 65mm nominal length, M14 x 1.5 thread and 12-point head against the original fastener.
- For a full rotor replacement, check whether the complete ten-bolt mounting kit is more suitable than individual bolts.
- Send through the axle identification details or existing bolt measurements if you need assistance identifying the correct component.
