Compatibility and Fitment

Match the 1 inch female NPT port to the connecting component before ordering. Also check the panel opening, wall thickness, available mounting depth and retaining hardware against the existing fitting. The main mismatch risk is confusing NPT with BSP because similarly sized threads do not share the same form.

Compliance and Safety

Depressurise the pneumatic circuit before removing or installing this fitting. Apply a suitable air-system thread sealant to the mating NPT connection, but keep excess sealant clear of the internal passage.
