Overview

The Hendrickson INTRAAX air spring replaces the complete rolling-lobe suspension unit on compatible trailer axle systems. Its plastic piston, 1T15MBTW-12 sleeve profile and extended travel suit low-ride and standard INTRAAX configurations where the mounting layout and operating height match.

Specifications and Materials

Compliance and Safety

Exhaust all suspension air pressure and support the trailer securely before removing the old unit. Inspect the mounting plates, airline fitting, shock absorbers and surrounding suspension hardware for damage or misalignment. Tighten the mounting fasteners and air connection to the suspension manufacturer’s specification before repressurising the system.
