Overview
The 3/8 x M22 male connector connects 3/8-inch outside-diameter nylon air-brake tube to an M22 x 1.5 female metric port. Its straight brass body joins an imperial air line directly to metric-threaded equipment.

Select the 3/8 x M22 male connector for 3/8-inch OD (9.525mm) imperial nylon tubing and an M22 x 1.5 female threaded connection. Check the receiving port’s sealing face and clearance for the wider M22 hex. A 1/2-inch tube, 10mm tube, M16 port or another thread pitch cannot substitute.

Compliance and Safety
Depressurise the system before installation. Cut the tube squarely and push fully into the collet. Seat the washer and O-ring against the port face without crushing them. Tighten through the hex, check tube retention and leak-test both connections.
