1/2″ x 1/2″ x 3/8″ Air Brake Push-In Reducing Tee
1/2″ x 1/2″ x 3/8″ Air Brake Push-In Reducing Tee
$26.00
Push-in reducing tee connects two 1/2-inch OD nylon air lines with a 3/8-inch OD branch through a compact brass fitting, useful where a smaller pneumatic line needs to branch from a larger trailer air circuit.
Part number DQ64DOT10.
Description
Overview
The 1/2 x 1/2 x 3/8 air brake tee creates a reduced branch in a nylon pneumatic line. Two 1/2-inch OD connections keep the main run at the same size, while the 3/8-inch OD drop feeds a smaller branch. This layout suits repairs or rerouting where a compact size change is needed at the junction.
Features
- Two 1/2-inch push-in ports for the main run
- One 3/8-inch push-in port for the reduced branch
- Brass body with reusable push-in connections
- Compact T-shaped reducing layout
Specifications and Materials
Product type: push-to-connect reducing union tee. Connections: 1/2-inch OD tube x 1/2-inch OD tube x 3/8-inch OD tube. Body material: brass. Each tube pushes directly into its port without separate external compression nuts or olives.
Part number: DQ64DOT10.

Compatibility and Fitment
Measure all three tube outside diameters before ordering. The main run requires 1/2-inch OD tube and the branch requires 3/8-inch OD tube. Do not substitute nearby metric sizes simply because they look similar. Also leave enough straight tube for each line to enter its collet without side load.
Compliance and Safety
Depressurise the air circuit before disconnecting or cutting tube. Make each cut square and remove damaged, scratched or flattened tube. Then push every line fully home before restoring pressure and leak-checking all three connections. For braking circuits, also inspect the tube and fitting markings before installation.
Trailer Applications
The 1/2 x 1/2 x 3/8 air brake tee suits compatible trailer brake, air suspension and auxiliary pneumatic circuits that need a smaller branch from a 1/2-inch run. Because the run stays at 1/2-inch on both sides, the 3/8-inch drop can feed a smaller line without reducing the main circuit.
Why Choose ICS Trailers
ICS Trailers supplies air-line fittings for trailer repairs where tube size and connection layout matter. If the old tee is difficult to identify, check the tube markings and measure each tube OD before ordering.
