Compatibility and Fitment

Measure all three tube outside diameters before ordering. The main run requires 1/2-inch OD tube and the branch requires 3/8-inch OD tube. Do not substitute nearby metric sizes simply because they look similar. Also leave enough straight tube for each line to enter its collet without side load.

Compliance and Safety

Depressurise the air circuit before disconnecting or cutting tube. Make each cut square and remove damaged, scratched or flattened tube. Then push every line fully home before restoring pressure and leak-checking all three connections. For braking circuits, also inspect the tube and fitting markings before installation.
