Overview

The swivel male run tee connects two 3/8in nylon air lines in a straight run and adds a 1/4 NPTF male branch. Its swivel body lets the branch face the required direction during installation without twisting the tubing.

Specifications and Materials

This D.O.T. brass fitting works with SAE J844 air brake tubing. Maximum working pressure is 145 psi, with an operating range from -40°C to 107°C. Internal collets and O-rings grip and seal the tube without a separate nut, olive or insert.

Depressurise the circuit before removal. Cut each tube square, clean the port and push the tube fully past the collet and O-ring. Pull back gently to confirm engagement, then pressure-test all three connections.
