Compliance and Safety

Spring brake chambers contain a powerful compressed spring. Chock and secure the vehicle, release system air pressure and correctly cage the spring brake before removing the chamber. Never cut, open or dismantle the sealed power spring housing.

Confirm the air connections are secure, the drain opening remains clear and the hoses cannot interfere with caliper movement.
