Overview

Power steering fluid 1L supports service refill and top-up work in hydraulic steering systems that specify conventional ATF type fluids. This premium mineral based fluid uses stop-leak additive technology and anti-shudder additives to help reduce steering pump noise, wear and minor seal-related fluid loss.

Power steering fluid 1L comes as an amber mineral based fluid with a density of 0.880kg/L at 15°C, kinematic viscosity of 66 cSt at 40°C and 10.8 cSt at 100°C, viscosity index of 157 and zinc content of 0.139% mass. It meets performance levels including Chrysler MS-1872, Ford M2C134-C, Ford M2C134-D, GM 9985010 and PS 11872.

Compatibility and Fitment

Check the vehicle requires a conventional ATF type power steering fluid before use. This fluid suits many Australian, US, Japanese, European and Korean cars and trucks that originally use automatic transmission fluid in the steering system, and it also suits Ford EF-FG, Territory SX-SY, Tickford and FPV applications where Ford M2C134-C/D is specified.

Do not use this product in Honda units, electronic power steering systems, Land Rover ACE systems, European systems requiring CHF 11S, systems requiring DEXRON® VI, or systems requiring specialised fluids such as LHM Plus, LDAS or PAS fluid.
