Compatibility and Fitment

Match the cable size, stud diameter and crimp die before ordering. The main mismatch risk with this lug is choosing a 50mm² barrel with the wrong stud hole, especially where the cable connects to battery isolators, earth studs, winch feeds or main power distribution points.

Strip the cable cleanly, insert the conductor fully into the barrel and crimp with the correct die for 50mm² copper lugs. Do not crimp over oxidised, loose or damaged cable strands.
