This heavy duty degreaser comes as a maroon cleaning agent with a mild pine fragrance and a pH of 14 at full strength. Spray it onto the surface, let it soak without drying out, then pressure wash it off. Heavily soiled sections may also need gentle scrubbing before rinsing. The concentrate dilutes up to 1:3 with water, so you can tune it for the level of build-up on the job.
